Department of English organized 'Literary Jamboree' at RR Bawa DAV Collegiate Girls Senior Secondary School, Batala

Under the able guidance of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV Collegiate Girls Senior Secondary School, Batala under the convenership of Ms. Neetu Seth (HOD English Department) and supervision of Ms. Ranjit Kaur (English Department), 'Literary Jamboree' a literary games competition was organized by the English Department in the school campus where the students of the different streams participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Various games i.e. Tongue Twisters, Guess the Word Game, Hollywood in Bollywood and Hot Seat were organized with the motive to improve vocabulary and psychological and cognitive well-being and to provide a pleasant experience away from hectic schedules. Kumari Harpreet Kaur (+1 Arts) bagged first prize in Tongue Twisters; Kumari Sehajpreet Kaur (+1 Medical) bagged first prize in Guess the Word Game; Kumari Chahatpreet Kaur (+2 Arts) & Kumari Anjali (+2 Arts) bagged first prize in Hollywood in Bollywood; Kumari Shaina (+2 Commerce) and Kumari Muskan (+2 Arts) bagged first prize in Hot Seat. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla extended her felicitations to the organizer of the function for the successful completion of the event.
