 The students of Fashion Designing Department of RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala visited 'Saras Mela 2022' 

Under the aegis of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the guidance of Mrs. Harpreet Aneja (Head Fashion Designing Department) the students of Fashion Department visited the 'Saras Mela 2022' in Amritsar. The students explored various art and craft stalls in this fair including handmade jewellery items and wooden goods etc. The students also enjoyed cultural programs presented by various schools and colleges. The main purpose of the fair was to encourage small artisans across the country to sell their products and to raise their standard of living. The students enjoyed the visit and thanked Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla for providing this wonderful opportunity to visit this fair. On this occasion, Mrs. Harpreet Aneja, Mrs. Amarjot Kaur, Ms. Amreen Kaur and Ms. Neha also accompanied the students.
