 'Music Mashup' competition organized under 'Skill Expression Week — Entropy' at RR Bawa DAV Collegiate Girls Senior Secondary School, Batala

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV Collegiate Girls Senior Secondary School, Batala and under the able guidance of Mrs. Ekta Bhandari (School Incharge and Program Coordinator), 'Music Mashup' conducted on the last day of 'Skill Expression Week' with the motive to bring out the singing talent of the students. Ms. Damanpreet Kaur was the Incharge of this event.  

The event received an overwhelming response. The theme of the competition was folk songs. The students sang the songs with a lot of passion and confidence. The melodious songs pulled the heartstrings of the audience. Each student showed mastery over voice modulation, pitch rhythm & tone. The judgement was done by Ms. Udesh Kumari. She was impressed with the confidence tonal quality and the fervour with which they sang folk songs. Harleen Kaur (+1 Arts) was declared the winner with Anjali & Harman (+2 Arts) securing second and Muskan (+2 Arts) & Riya (+2 Commerce) securing third place respectively. Simran (+1 Arts) bagged the consolation prize.   

Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla congratulated the prize winners and motivated them to participate in such competitions to enhance their confidence & presentation skills. The competition was a great success.
