 Certificate Course in Personality Development concluded at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

Under the aegis of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the able guidance of Mrs. Ekta Bhandari (Program Incharge), a certificate course in Personality Development was organized (from 6th May to 22nd May, 2024) in the college campus. The objective of this Program was to build self-confidence of students, enhance their self-esteem and improve their overall personality. The Program aimed at grooming the students through sensitizing them about proper behaviour, socially and professionally in both formal and informal circumstances. The course was designed to enhance various soft skills inculding communication skills, etiquette, personal grooming etc. Apart from the continuous assessment of communication skills, the main contents of the program were personal hygiene, hair grooming, skin care, tie and dye, best out of waste, snacks and mocktail making, millet dishes, yoga and pool day. About 40 students participated in this personality development program. The new entrants were also introduced to the basics of Fashion Designing and Visual and Performing arts for a proper co-ordination of mind and body. At the end of the program all the students provided feedback about fifteen-day personality development program.

Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla extended her felicitations for the successful completion of the Personality Development Program and stated that by following this structured approach, the students can systematically work on enhancing their personality and developing a well-rounded, confidant and effective personal and professional demeanor.
