Five day Faculty Enrichment Program Organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala.

A Five-Day Faculty Enrichment Program PRERNA 2026 Empowering Modern Educators with New Teaching Pedagogies was organized in hybrid mode from 24th April 2026 to 30th April 2026 in the college campus under the aegis of Officiating Principal, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal and under the able guidance of Dr. Lucky Sharma (Coordinator) and Mrs. Harpreet Aneja (Convener). The objective of this program was to enhance the knowledge, research ability and professional competence of the teachers. Expert lectures on various topics were organized under the programme.

While inaugurating the Faculty Enrichment Program, Officiating Principal, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal said that such programs boost the Knowledge, Skills and Research Capacity of the teachers. She further added that it is very important for teacher to keep themselves acquainted with the changing Educational Methods. She encouraged all the faculty members to get the maximum benefit from the programme.

On the second day of the program, Mr. Vinay Kumar gave a presentation on “Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Daily Life”. He shed light on the growing role of AI in Education, Administration, Communication and daily work. 

On the third day of the program, Dr. Hardeep Kaur presented her view on “Fundamentals of Survey, Report and Research Methodology”. She explained in detail the importance of different methods of research, data collection, report writing and scientific method of research. 

On the fourth day of the program Mrs. Supriya Duggal presented her view on “Income Tax Structure”. She informed about the important rules related to income tax, new changes and practical aspects of tax planning. The teachers also got their queries resolved.

On the fifth day of the program Dr. Lucky Sharma presented her views on “Indian Knowledge System”. She highlighted the importance of Indian knowledge tradition in modern education while highlighting the characteristics of Indian culture, tradition, moral values ​​and Ancient Education System.

All the faculty members enthusiastically participated in the program and appreciated this enlightening initiative organized by the College Administration. Finally, the program was successfully concluded by thanking all the resource persons.
