Department of Home Science & Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics enthusiastically managed the Cafeteria during the Sports Camp 2026 under the “Earn While You Learn” Scheme.

 Under the aegis of Dr. Meenakshi Duggal, Officiating Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the guidance of Mrs. Simranjit Kaur (Incharge, Earn While You Learn Scheme), Mrs. Harpreet Aneja and with the support of Mrs. Sunaina Gupta, the students of the Department of Home Science & Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics enthusiastically managed the Cafeteria during the Sports Camp 2026 under the “Earn While You Learn” Scheme. The initiative provided students with an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in food preparation, hospitality management, teamwork and while continuing their studies. The students also received honorarium under 'Earn While You Learn' scheme.

The students efficiently served healthy refreshments to the participants. Their dedication, discipline and cooperative spirit were highly appreciated by the faculty members.

The Officiating Principal of the college applauded the efforts of the students and stated that such activities help in developing entrepreneurial skills, self-confidence and work ethics among students. The event successfully combined learning with practical exposure, making the Sports Camp 2026 a meaningful and enriching experience for the students of Home Science Department.
