 A workshop of 'Fabric-Painting' organized by Fashion Designing Department of RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the guidance of Mrs. Harpreet Aneja (Head Fashion Designing Department) a workshop on 'Fabric-Painting' was organized in the college campus. The resource person of the workshop 'Ms. Bharti', a renowned artist of Amritsar, taught the students about different techniques of using brushes and colours according to the subject and theme. During the workshop, the students prepared different articles including stoles, scarves, cushion-covers and kaftans using various techniques of fabric, block and tie and dye paints. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla appreciated the efforts of the organizers and students while emphasizing to organize such workshops in future also.
