An exhibition of 'Antique Archives' organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala
Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the guidance of Mrs. Mandeep Kaur (Convener), the Department of History organized an exhibition of 'Antique Archives'. On this occasion, Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla graced the occasion as the chief guest while Mr. Vinod Sachdeva, member of the local advisory committee, made a special appearance in this exhibition.
In this exhibition various antique items of historical values including antique telephones, gramophones, begul, hookahs, cigars, table lamps, kirpans, coins, candles, matchstick cutters were displayed. On this occasion, the students and teachers from different departments enjoyed this exhibition representing the integrity, style and beauty of Indian culture which has been admired throughout the world over for centuries.
