 'National Unity Day' observed at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala.

Under the aegis of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and Dr. Meenakshi Duggal (Coordinator Social Sciences), Mr. Pankaj Kumar (NSS Coordinator), Mrs. Naiya Mahajan (NSS Co-Coordinator) and Mrs. Simranjit Kaur (NCC Coordinator), 'National Unity Day' was observed with great enthusiasm in the college campus.

On this occasion, the students were inspired for maintaining National Unity and integrity. To commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron man of India, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, Rashtriya Ekta Diwas was observed to make people aware of the ideas of staying together for the upliftment of the society. On this occasion, the message of universal brotherhood was given by making a human chain by the students of the college. At this juncture, NSS and NCC volunteers participated in it. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla inspired the students to maintain universal brotherhood, which is the basis of national unity.
