 Session on 'Four Quadrant Model of E-Learning' organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the able guidance of Dr. Meenakshi Duggal (IQAC Coordinator) and Dr. Lucky Sharma (FDP Convener), in ongoing 'Ten-day Faculty Development Programme' (from 23rd November to 3rd December, 2022) on 'Preparedness of NEP-2020' a session on 'Four Quadrant Model of E-Learning' was organized in the college campus. 

In the eighth session of the FDP, Dr. Narinderjit Kaur, Assistant Professor in Chemistry, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya, Jalandhar was the Keynote Speaker. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla formally welcomed the resource person with a green planter. Dr. Narinderjit Kaur, shared her views on the topic 'Four Quadrant Model of E-Learning' with a powerful presentation and skilfully discussed various e-learning methodologies by sharing various websites for online teaching. She vividly explained different softwares to create moocs, online quizzes and presentations as these non-traditional educational methodologies are useful in both online and offline learning and can complement traditional learning techniques.

Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla, appreciated the e-learning session and added that these e-learning pedagogies help the students to come out of the box and explore their hidden talents by using new Digital Literacy Skills. At last, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal extended her felicitations on the behalf of Principal and entire teaching fraternity for providing this wonderful learning opportunity in this session.
