'Dr. Ranganathan Library Reader's Club' organized 'Slogan Writing Competition' at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala 

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and with the support of Mrs. Meera Abrol (Librarian), a 'Slogan Writing Competition' was organized in the college campus under the aegis of 'Dr. Ranganathan Library Readers Club'. On this occasion, various students from different departments participated in this competition with full zeal and enthusiasm and explicitly expressed their feelings and ideas on the theme 'Love for Books'. While addressing the students on this occasion Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla praised them for their creativity and innovative ideas and encouraged them to keep on spreading awareness through the medium of their art expressions in future also. Dr. Meenakshi Duggal and Mrs. Deepti Kanda acted as judges in this competition. At this juncture, Kumari Manpreet Kaur (B.Com Sem. VI) bagged 1st position and Kumari Bhavya Mahajan (BA Sem. IV) & Neha Kumari (B.Com Sem. II) got 2nd positions jointly while Kumari Sheeta and Kumari Parveen (BA Sem. VI) bagged 3rd positions respectively.
