 'Navratri Special Thali' organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the able guidance of Mrs. Harpreet Aneja (Head, Department of Home Science) and Mrs. Sunaina Gupta, a 'Navratri Special Thali' stall was set up during Navratras, in the college campus. A special Navratri platter with 'sweet flour' porridge, Samak Kheer and potato vegetable was arranged for those who were observing fast in those days. The Students of B.Sc. CND and Home Science decorated this stall beautifully. The students of Home Science Depatment Ms. Parneet Kaur, Ms. Jasmeet, Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Ms. Puneet, Ms. Navneet, Ms. Prabhpreet, Ms. Kajal, Ms. Mehak and Ms. Simran prepared this Navratri Special Thali. Home Science Department ensured complete cleanliness during the preparation of this special meal. Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla appreciated the quality and flavour of the dishes. The entire teaching staff along with students enjoyed these nutritious dishes.
