 Faculty Enrichment Program on 'Next Generation Pedagogy: Teaching Methodologies for Z-Era Learners' organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala 

Under the stewardship of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college organized Faculty Enrichment Program on “Next Generation Pedagogy: Teaching Methodologies for Z-Era Learners” in the college premises. The program aimed to enhance teaching effectiveness by equipping faculty members with modern pedagogical tools and innovative strategies suited to Generation Z-Era learners.

The event comprised two insightful sessions. Dr. Anita Sharma from DAV College of Education, Amritsar was the resource person for the first session focused on exploring the evolving learning styles and expectations of Z-Era students, emphasizing the integration of technology and learner-centered methodologies in classroom teaching.

Dr. Gurpreet Kaur from DAV College of Education, Amritsar took the second session as a recourse person and highlighted practical approaches for engaging and creating inclusive and outcome-based learning environments through digital platforms and experiential learning techniques. The sessions were highly interactive, enabling participants to share their experiences and reflected on current teaching practices. 

At this juncture, Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla congratulated the organizers for organizing such a valuable faculty enrichment program that provided valuable insights into leveraging next-generation pedagogies for improving student engagement and academic performance. 

The program concluded with an interactive feedback session and a vote of thanks to the resource persons and participants. The initiative was well appreciated by all faculty members for providing meaningful exposure to contemporary teaching-learning innovations. On this occasion, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal (IQAC Coordinator), Dr. Lucky Sharma, Mrs. Harpreet Aneja and all faculty members were also present.
