Faculty Enrichment Program on Universal Human Values organized at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

Under the patronage of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala, Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college organized Faculty Enrichment Program on 'Universal Human Values' to enhance the holistic understanding of education through the lens of ethics and humanism.

The session aimed to sensitize the faculty members about the importance of integrating moral, ethical and social values into the teaching-learning process. The resource person for the day, Dr. Priya Darshni, shared valuable insights on nurturing values such as compassion, empathy, respect and harmony in academic and personal life. It was an enlightening session that emphasized the need to balance professional excellence with moral responsibilities. Faculty members actively participated in the interactive discussion and shared their perspectives on fostering human values in classrooms as well as in personal lives.

Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla appreciated the initiative and encouraged the staff to embody these values in their professional journey. She highlighted that education must not only aim for intellectual growth but also for character building and inner development. The session concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the resource person, organizers and participants for making the program a success. At this juncture, Dr. Meenakshi Duggal (IQAC Coordinator), Dr. Lucky Sharma along with other faculty members were also present.
