‘NCC Day’ observed in RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala

NCC Day was observed in RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala, under the helmsmanship of officiating Principal Dr. Meenakshi Duggal and under the able guidance of Mrs. Simranjit Kaur. On this day the cadets took the NCC pledge and participated in Poster Making Competition. A tree plantation drive was also conducted at this juncture during which the cadets planted the medicinal plants to sensitize the masses about the environmental protection.   

On this occasion, Officiating Principal Dr. Meenakshi Duggal encouraged the students to participate in such nation-building activities and emphasized the equal participation of girls not only for their all-round self-development but also in serving country’s defenses’.
