Under the aegis of Dr. Ekta Khosla, Principal, RR Bawa DAV College for Girls, Batala and under the guidance of Mrs. Ekta Bhandari (School Incharge), an educational tour was organized to 'Jang-E-Azadi' and 'Wonderland'. This tour was organized for improving the academic capability and problem solving skills of the students. The students visited the sites along with their teachers Ms. Ranjit Kaur and Ms. Gurpreet Kaur. The field visit proved to be very informative and enabled the students to learn about the unparalleled sacrifices of Indian martyrs for the Independence of India. The students also got glimpses of our rich cultural heritage in the form of video clip related to martyrs, visited the art gallery theatre and models etc. This field visit helped the students to broaden their horizon towards learning the Indian Freedom Struggle. Afterwards, they enjoyed various swings, rides and water park in 'Wonderland'. This tour served as miracle stress buster for the students.
