 National Youth Day observed in RR Bawa DAV College for Girls Batala

'National Youth Day' was observed at RR Bawa DAV College for Girls Batala to commemorate the birth anniversary of a towering and spiritual philosopher Swami Vivekananda, under the patronage of Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla and under the guidance of Dr. Meenakshi Duggal (IQAC Coordinator). To pay the homage to the great saint, a flowery tribute was paid by the whole RR Bawa family to the staunch philosopher and spiritual leader on his birth anniversary. The birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda is celebrated across India as National Youth Day to honour the Vedantic Scholar. 

At this juncture, Principal Dr. Ekta Khosla emphasized to follow the philosophy of Swami Ji and added that the ideals for which he lived and worked could be the greatest source of inspiration for the Indian youth.
